CLEAR SCOPE, BETTER DECISIONS

Fleet System Questions

Understand what is demonstrated, what needs implementation and what should be evaluated separately.

01Is this only for tourist transport?

No. The proposed scope covers factory-owned vehicles, freight fleets and passenger transport, with separate requirements for each operation.

02What can I try in the demos?

A factory allocation concept, transport response and settlement flows adapted from an internal project, and shipment consolidation logic adapted from a logistics project. All records are fictional and changes remain in this page.

03Are these customer systems or live customer records?

No. These are isolated demonstration adaptations. They do not provide access to either source project, its accounts, documents or live database.

04Does this include GPS or automatic route optimisation?

Not in this demonstration. Tracking hardware, mapping, routing and data integrations require separate technical and commercial evaluation.

05Can a large company use it?

Its workflows can be assessed, but readiness is not assumed. Multi-depot permissions, concurrent usage, audit history, security, support and integration requirements must be tested against an agreed scope.

06What is different for lorries and trucks?

Load, vehicle suitability, loading slots, maintenance and delivery constraints matter. The capacity check here is a simplified example, not a roadworthiness or regulatory approval.

07Do all fleets need driver settlement?

No. Company-employed drivers may use payroll and expense reimbursement. Per-job settlement belongs only to operations that actually use that arrangement.

08Is the logistics example a complete fleet system?

No. It demonstrates PO selection, carton and CBM totals, document readiness and plan locking. It complements vehicle planning but does not claim to perform truck dispatch or live shipment tracking.

09Can I upload documents or contact drivers here?

No. Document checks and driver actions affect fictional samples only. There are no uploads, messages, payment actions or production connections.

10Will my demonstration changes be saved?

Changes remain in memory in this page. Reset or reload starts the fictional scenario again. No account is needed.

11What should we prepare for a workflow review?

A de-identified task example, operating roles, current statuses, common exceptions, vehicle requirements and what counts as complete.

12Can we start with a smaller scope?

Yes. Agree one workflow and its acceptance criteria first. Pricing, implementation, data migration and any additional modules require a separate agreement.
